Delivery Information

We aim to send all orders out within 10 working days of receipt. However as we make all products to order this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you need an order more quickly, please do ring us (01704 821574), as we will always try and accommodate your needs.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent by 1st class recorded with the Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent by International Signed for, with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. All orders will require a signature.

Orders up to £10 = £1 postage

Orders from £10 - £60 = £4 postage

Orders over £60 = FREE Postage

Items lost in Transit

Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 days after the sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds on all of our non personalised products, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All bespoke products are non returnable unless the goods are faulty or there has been an error on our part. If you are unhappy with a product please inform us either by telephone or e-mail as soon as it arrives and we will deal with it immediately.

Handmade Products

All our products are hand made to order using a variety of different fabrics, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on screen. However it will be very similar and the colours theme will be the same. We like to think its what makes all our products a little bit individual.
